3. Products and Customization (Print-on-Demand)

Made-to-Order: All dog jerseys are custom-printed through our Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Production begins only after a successful order and payment.
Original Designs: We collaborate with specialized US-based printing partners to bring our original, fan-inspired designs to life.
Intellectual Property: All designs are created by or for NBA Fan Items. We are an independent fan store and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any professional sports leagues or teams.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept PayPal and major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping practices are governed by our Shipping Policy. While we aim for timely delivery (7–12 business days for US orders), delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your rights regarding returns and refunds are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. Since our items are custom-printed, returns are generally accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damages.
