Shipping Policy

At NBA Fan Items, we are committed to delivering your custom-printed dog jerseys as quickly and reliably as possible. Since our products are made-to-order, please review our shipping process and estimated timelines below.

1. Order Processing & Production (Handling Time)

Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, each item is individually printed and quality-checked specifically for your order.

Production Time: All orders typically take 3 – 5 business days to be processed and manufactured at our specialized US-based facilities before they are dispatched.
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep our shipping costs simple and transparent:

Orders under $100: A flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies.
Orders over $100: FREE Shipping nationwide and worldwide.

3. Estimated Shipping Times (Transit Time)

Once your order has been produced and handed over to our shipping carriers, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Destination	Estimated Shipping Time
United States	7 – 12 business days
Worldwide	7 – 15 business days

Note: Total delivery time = Production Time (3-5 business days) + Shipping Time.

4. Shipping Transparency & Delays

While the vast majority of our orders arrive within the windows stated above, please be aware that a small percentage of shipments may experience delays due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or extreme weather).

In these rare instances, delivery may take up to 20 – 25 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to update once the shipping label has been created.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please note that your country’s customs office may impose import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
