Welcome to NBA Fan Items. We strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. As a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, each item is custom-made specifically for your pet once an order is placed.

1. Order Processing & Production

Production Time: All orders are sent to production within 24 hours of purchase. The manufacturing and quality-check process typically takes 3–5 business days.
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times & Estimates

We ship our custom dog jerseys from our global fulfillment centers to provide the most efficient service possible.

United States: 7–12 business days
Worldwide: 7–15 business days

Important Notice: While the majority of our orders arrive within the estimated windows, certain factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs processing) may occasionally extend shipping times to 20–25 business days. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.

3. Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all orders, regardless of destination (Domestic & International).
Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $100.00.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After this window, the item will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.
