At NBA Fan Items, your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we stand behind the quality of our items. We offer a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the issue is caused by our error.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We provide a full resolution (replacement or refund) for the following issues:
- Incorrect Size: If the size you received does not match the size you ordered according to our size chart.
- Wrong Design or Print: If the design, colors, or print on the goods differ significantly from what was shown on our website.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If the product arrives damaged (e.g., tearing, peeling, or broken components) due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
2. The Resolution Process
If you encounter any of the issues above, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number and attach clear photos showing the issue (the damage, the incorrect label, or the wrong design).
- Verification: Once our team verifies the error, we will process your request.
- Outcome: You can choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
- Replacements: We will ship a new item within 3–5 business days. Shipping for replacements follows our standard timeline (7–12 business days). No additional costs or new orders are required.
3. Return Shipping
- Our Error: In most cases where the error is ours (damaged or wrong item), you do not need to ship the item back to us.
- Customer Request: If you prefer a refund over a replacement but still wish to return the item, please contact us first. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
- Important: Please do not send returns to our administrative address in Marysville, CA, without prior authorization. Returns sent to the administrative office cannot be processed.
4. Refunds
- Method: Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
- Processing Time: We process refunds within 1–5 business days.
- Bank Posting: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
Because our jerseys are custom-made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges (e.g., changing your mind about a color or size after production). However, if the issue is due to our error (wrong size or design), we will handle it through our replacement process mentioned in Section 2.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Please email [email protected] immediately if you need to cancel. After 12 hours, the order moves to production and cannot be stopped.
