2. Our Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, NBA Fan Items reserves the right to:

1. Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
2. Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
3. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
